3 Snatch Grip, Behind the Neck Push Presses
3 Overhead Squats
Rest 3 minutes
Once a set starts, the bar can be rested in the hang, front rack position, or behind the neck but never on the floor until the last overhead squat is completed. The dead-lifts must be touch and go.
