A typical class runs for 60 minutes and includes a coach-led warm up, detailed movement demonstrations, and a workout of the day (called a WOD, in CrossFit lingo).
Arguably the best part: You can always count on ample endorphins and fist-bumps after you finish. Additionally, it’s typical for members to hang around before or after class to stretch and socialize.

Our coaches complete an in-depth certification and internship program, and many specialize in areas such as olympic lifting, gymnastics, and adaptive training. Plus, they’re some of the most passionate people around.
CFO coaches will push you to perform your best, get to know your strengths and weaknesses, and offer moral support during workouts. Our group class coaching style is about the closest thing to personal training you’ll find, for a fraction of the cost! *2 Coaches lead all members through a series of introductory classes to ensure everyone knows how to move safely and effectively. After finishing your intro sessions, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to take on group classes like a champ.

Are the workouts hard? Yes, they’re meant to challenge you and test your fitness. But don’t get too freaked out. There are infinite scaling options to cater to your goals and adjust to how you’re feeling on any given day.
We also promise you won’t get bored. Workouts are constantly varied and combine different elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training.
The bottom line is that we teach you how to listen to your body, take time for proper rest and recovery, and move well for maximum results. As long as you commit to keep coming to class, we’ll take care of the rest.
