Our nutritional lifestyle coaching offers habit based coaching with the goal of helping you eat clean, navigate your busy schedule, and giving you confidence in choosing healthy food options that are sustaining to your health and life!

Whether you are trying to improve your performance, lose weight, gain muscle, increase energy levels, or gain a better understanding of how to navigate your health, Nutritional Lifestyle Coaching is for you!


We know that changing your habits around eating healthy is a process and not an event. We want to walk with you through this journey and be a resource to help you become healthier, stronger, and more confident in your health.

Current Nutritional Lifestyle Coaching Offerings:

6 Week Group Coaching on Thursday nights. (Capped at 10 people)

This coaching option is for individuals that are looking for education, open discussions, and accountability under the guidance of a nutritional lifestyle coach. Each group includes a variety of people that are all striving to reach the same goal of creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. It's the perfect place to start if you want to develop or improve nutritional habits.

- Weekly in-person 60 minute AMRAP meeting.
- Goal setting and individual weekly nutritional targets.
- Education on the following:
- Meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, fruits, starches, sugar, and drinks.
- How to read food labels.
- How to eat at restaurants and not blow your healthy lifestyle.
- How to travel and still eat well.
- How to navigate the grocery store.
- Tips and tricks on planning ahead and portion control.
- Optional weekly weigh-ins.
- Pre and post progress photos.
- Body measurements.

8 Week Individual Coaching

This coaching option is for individuals that are looking for more one-on-one attention. Perhaps you're already experienced with watching what you eat and know the basics about food quality but have a hard time sticking with or creating healthy habits. This option is for you. It consists of individual sessions where we will address old habits, new habits, and barriers to your success in reaching your goals.

- Weekly one-on-one 30 Minute AMRAP sessions with your coach.
- Goal setting around nutritional habits, stress management, and a healthy mindset.
- Personalized sessions to meet the needs of your specific goals.
- Planning ahead together to tackle meal planning, grocery shopping, and finding budget-friendly meals for you and/or your family.
- Individualized tips, tricks, and ideas to maintain a healthy balance in your life.
- Encouragement when you feel like you mess up or struggled to reach a goa.
- Education on the following:
- Meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, fruits, starches, sugar, and drinks
- Food labels, restaurants, travel, and grocery store navigation
- How to challenge old habits and create new ones.
- Building confidence as a healthy individual.
- Tips and tricks that are convenient and sustainable for your life.
- Optional weekly weigh-ins.
- Weekly measurements.
- Pre and post progress photos.
- Body measurements.
