Go Fit Omaha

Is our exciting express-style fitness program that emphasizes functional exercise without the use of barbells or advanced movements. Perfect for all levels of fitness and anybody on the go, Go Fit members have access to the same great coaching and expertise as our award-winning, CrossFit Omaha program.

Go Clean Nutrition

Is our habit-based nutrition coaching program available to both members and non-members. Focused on building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, this program includes face-to-face consult, daily lessons and goals, expert feedback, supervision, and more.

Core Strong

Is our unique in-house gymnastics program that emphasizes body shapes, core strength, flexibility, and fundamental skill development. Proven to boost your functional fitness “game” with just one class per week, this program is available to CrossFit Omaha members only.

Big O! Barbell

Is our in-house barbell program emphasizing Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, barbell cycling, accessory work, benchmarks, and more. Developed to work in conjunction with our meticulously designed CrossFit Omaha plan, this program is available to CrossFit Omaha members only.
