We invite you to visit us for a free trial or a free consultation to see in person what we do at CrossFit Omaha. You'll get to meet a coach, check out our facility, discuss your background and goals, and watch part of an actual class! If you're here for a free trial, you will actually participate!

STEP #2: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

During your visit, we will cover in detail our various programs and membership options and help you choose the program that's right for you.

STEP #3: ATTEND GROUP CLASS AND SIGN UP!

If you are new to CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, or FUNctional Fitness, you'll get to try out one of our classes in a smaller group setting with an emphasis on introducing you to our styles of fitness.
If you have previous experience, you may be ready to jump into a regular group class to get a feel for our coaching and our community.
*New members without CrossFit experience are required to attend six introductory classes upon signing up. Your free class will count towards the six. Our Go Fit program has no introductory requirements.
