STEP #2: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Upon completion of your free trial session, we will cover in detail our various programs and membership options. This is where you'll choose which program(s) you would like to follow.

STEP #3: ATTEND GROUP CLASS!

* Every single member of our CrossFit program is required to attend eight introductory classes. Our Go Fit program has no introductory requirements.
