We invite you to visit us for a free consultation to see in person what we do at CrossFit Omaha. You'll get to meet a coach, check out our facility, discuss your background and goals, and even watch part of an actual class!

STEP #2: CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM & MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

During your free consultation, we will cover in detail our various programs and membership options. You'll get to choose which program you would like to try out and schedule a time to try out a free class.

STEP #3: ATTEND GROUP CLASS AND SIGN UP!

Before you commit, we'd love to have you check out a full class! If you are new to CrossFit, you'll get to try out one of our Intro classes - this is a small-group setting with an emphasis on introducing you to our style of fitness. If you have CrossFit experience, you may be ready to try out a CrossFit group class to get a feel for our coaching and our community. *New members without CrossFit experience are required to attend eight introductory classes. Your free class will count towards the eight.
